Chris Hernandez is a business management professional with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operational management, human resources, quality, safety, logistics, project management, purchasing maintenance and warehousing. Servicing multi-million-to-billion-dollar companies across the US, he and wife Janice reside in Corona California. Chris is a US Air Force veteran and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA at the University of Phoenix. He has extensive experience in recruitment, staffing, and people development.

Marisela Arvizu, Professional Human Resource Manager
With 26 years of experience, six as a Director of Human Resources. Experience with Gaming Casinos and Manufacturing, her experience includes managing benefits, payroll, employee relations, strategic alignment, HR/Safety handbook creation, development of Human Resource procedures, union/non-union management, safety.
As a part of Native American Casino Management teams, she has played a prominent part in their growth, establishing the first internal In-house training department, and managing some of the largest job fair in the Inland Empire. Including an event for San Manuel (now Yaamava) Casino, where over 3,000 people were in attendance. Marisela’s contributions led to increased placement levels of female candidates to Director positions. With the Soboba Tribal Administration. Marisela has developed the internal processes that lead to the development of departments such as Security, TANF, Golf course, Marketing, Benefits, Maintenance and Noli School Transportation DOT process.
She is a hands-on leader who prides herself in implementing change and facilitating company growth. She has extensive experience in recruitment and hiring, identifying, and presenting talented individuals to all organizations she supports.
